Senior Developer – Dynamics 365 / Power Platform / Azure – Local to DC – W2 Role

We are hiring one highly qualified Senior Developer for the DC Government CFSA project (D365, Power Platform, and Azure). Candidates must have strong hands-on Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, C#/.NET, Azure, and technical leadership experience, along with required PL-400 and AZ-400 certifications and public-sector experience.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 2–5 days onsite per week Location: Must currently reside within 25 miles of Washington, DC

Ideal candidate requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.
16 years’ overall software development experience
6+ years Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
5+ years C#/.NET plug-ins and custom APIs.
4+ years TypeScript, JavaScript, PCF, Azure DevOps, Power Platform ALM, technical leadership, PR reviews, production support, and Azure services.
3+ years automated testing, Power Pages, security, and business-user engagement.
2+ years Microsoft release-wave operations.
Public-sector experience required.Government Cloud, IaC, AI, Power BI/Fabric, and mentoring experience preferred.

Required certifications
PL-400 – Power Platform Developer Associate.
AZ-400 – DevOps Engineer Expert.

Preferred certifications: AZ-204, PL-600, MB-230/MB-210, AZ-500, AI-102, GitHub certification, CSSLP, and ITIL 4 Foundation.
