Job Title: Senior Business Data Analyst
Location: Washington, DC 20433 (Local candidates only)
Type: Long-Term Contract (W2 only – No C2C)
Work Schedule: Hybrid – 4 days onsite per week from Day 1
We are seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst with 10+ years of experience to support large-scale data and reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SQL (including complex queries), experience working with large datasets, and a strong background in operational data stores, data warehouses, and reporting tools.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience with PL/SQL, data modeling, data flows, and complex queries
Hands-on experience with Power BI, SAP BO, or Tableau
Strong understanding of ETL processes, data quality, data lifecycle, and metadata management
Domain knowledge in accounting and financial data
Skilled in gathering business requirements, analyzing data, and working cross-functionally with technical teams
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills
