Hiring: AWS Connect Specialist | GC/USC Only | W2 | DC Metro Area | 5 Days Onsite

We are seeking an experienced AWS Connect Specialist with hands-on expertise in Amazon Connect CCaaS, contact flow development, call routing, AWS integrations, and CI/CD deployments.

Candidate MUST reside within the DC Metro area

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect configuration, customization, contact flows, and user management.
• Experience with AWS CI/CD, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Lex, and related cloud services.
• Knowledge of contact center reporting, KPI dashboards, VoIP, customer experience (CX), and system integration.
• Experience with workforce optimization, including forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling (FCS).
• At least 3 years of relevant AWS/cloud experience.
• Public-sector experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred: AWS certifications, such as Solutions Architect or Developer.

Work Requirements: Onsite five days per week; must be available for an in-person interview if requested.
