Luzon Technologies Inc. is seeking an HR and Recruitment Support/Coordinator. You will be supporting the Human Resources and Recruitment functions of our organization. This position involves coordinating various HR and recruitment activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process, and providing essential administrative support to the HR team. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, including offer letters and contracts.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
  • Post job openings on various platforms, both internal and external.
  • Help manage the organization’s careers page and social media accounts for recruitment.
  • Assist in initial candidate screening by reviewing resumes and applications.
    Conduct pre-screening calls to assess basic qualifications and interests.

 

Required Skills: 

  • At least +2 or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience.
    Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
  •  Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  •  Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  •  Any additional IT skills with similar experience in the US are a plus.
