Population Health Intern – W2 Only, No C2c

We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated students to learn and contribute to health care transformation. This internship position provides hands-on experience for students in the medical field and provides a vast exposure to various value-based care models. Hybrid position – Monday through Friday. Minimum commitment of three months is required. Please note that you must be available for in-person meetings as well as visits to the practices once or twice a year if needed. W2 Only, No C2C.
