Business Analyst – Local to DC Metro Area only

We are looking for a talented Business Analyst who is local to DC Metro Area. You will solve business problems, and develop strategic business cases, work plans, and/or recommend new operational plans for Business.
Candidates MUST be local to the DC Metro Area. Relocations are not accepted.
W2 Contract, No C2C. H1 Transfers Accepted.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Work with QA by participating in test plan reviews, attending triage meetings
Ensure that the technologies are updated with current, stable, and compliant with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Collaborate with internal teams to produce requirements
Work with Jenkins, and GitHub
Proactively monitors and reports performance utilization across business requirements.
Determine the best course of action for meeting business needs and provide consultative expertise to customers on how to best use systems.
Performs other related duties as assigned
May coordinate and work with application developers.
Able to identify best practices and standards for the use of the product.
Delivers support and design for industry specific applications that require integration with statewide systems or applications
Interacts with executive level business users or technical experts
